I WORK WITH INDIVIDUALS
There are moments when the way we have been living no longer serves us.
Sometimes it arrives as a crisis. Sometimes as a quiet but persistent sense of emptiness, confusion or lack of direction. And sometimes simply as the feeling that the person we have been until now can no longer guide the life we want to create.
I do not believe people can be reduced to a diagnosis. Nor to a single problem. I believe we all develop ways of being that, at some point in our lives, made perfect sense.
They helped us adapt.
Belong.
Protect ourselves.
Move forward.
The difficulty begins when those same ways of being no longer allow us to grow.
My work is about creating a space where we can understand that story, integrate the different parts that shape it, and recover the freedom to keep evolving. I bring together psychology and narrative because I believe the stories we tell about ourselves shape the way we experience our lives.
I am not interested in offering quick answers. I am interested in helping you think of better questions.
Because, more often than not, a meaningful question can transform a life more deeply than an immediate answer.
Who I enjoy working with
I enjoy working with people who sense that something important is changing, even if they cannot yet put it into words. People who have built lives that look successful from the outside, yet no longer feel fully inhabited from within. People who are curious about themselves and willing to question the stories they have inherited about who they are. And leaders who want to exercise influence without leaving essential parts of themselves behind.
What we might explore together
Every process is different. But many begin with questions like these:
How does the story I tell myself shape the way I live, decide and relate to others?
Which parts of me learned to adapt, protect or belong—and which parts now need more space?
How can I move through change without losing myself?
How can I live, relate and lead with greater freedom, coherence and humanity?
We will not work on a list of symptoms or problems. We will work with the person behind them.
My approach
I do not help people discover who they are. I help them stop living exclusively from the person they once needed to become.
I do not believe identity is a destination. I believe it is a lifelong conversation.
My work is not about helping you become someone else. It is about helping you recover the freedom to inhabit your life more fully—and to keep becoming the person you are capable of becoming.
