THE FREEDOM TO KEEP BECOMING

Much of our lives is shaped by identities that once helped us adapt, belong or survive. Over time, those same ways of being can begin to limit how we live, lead, relate to others and understand ourselves.

My work is about helping people and organizations understand those stories, recover the freedom to keep evolving, and build more coherent ways of living, leading and communicating.

I am interested in how we construct identity. How the stories we tell about ourselves can open new possibilities—or quietly limit them. How leadership can emerge from humanity rather than fear. And how people and organizations can find freer, more coherent ways of being in the world.

One question has guided my work for many years.

For more than fifteen years, I worked in strategic communication and public narrative for international organizations, governments and senior leadership teams. My role was to help brilliant people find the right words to communicate complex ideas.

Over time, I realized that words were rarely the real problem. Behind a confusing message there was often a confused relationship with identity. That realization changed the direction of my career.

It led me first to coaching and later to psychology—not because I wanted to leave communication behind, but because I wanted to better understand the people behind every story.

Today, I am still exploring the same question.

I simply begin one step earlier. Not with the message. With the person.

WHAT I DO

I WORK WITH INDIVIDUALS

I work with people navigating moments of change, transition or personal growth—people who feel that the way they have lived until now no longer allows them to keep evolving.

My work brings together psychology, narrative and leadership because I believe the stories we tell about ourselves shape the way we live.

I am not interested in helping you become someone else. I am interested in helping you recover the freedom to more fully inhabit who you already are.

I WORK WITH ORGANIZATIONS

Organizations also build identities. They tell stories.

And they, too, can become trapped in narratives, cultures or leadership models that once helped them grow but now limit their ability to evolve.

I work with leaders and teams to build cultures, narratives and forms of leadership that are more human, more coherent and better equipped for a world in constant transformation.
